Development Management models for SDA
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is an emerging asset class gathering momentum and interest from developers and institutional investors. This presentation will discuss the use of the Development Management Agreement procurement structure to deliver SDA in a way that allows Not-for-Profits to leverage off the capital and expertise of developers and, conversely, for developers to partner with SDA providers to participate in SDA and leveraging the knowledge, expertise and tax effective status of Not-for-Profits.
